UFC Members Club (UFCMC): A Vision for Empowerment and Economic Transformation

Established in 2020, the UFC Members Club (UFCMC) originated from a conceptualization in 2010 by a team of experts from it Mother company TEMCO Ltd. Originally nestled in Road Town, Tortola, The British Virgin Islands, UFCMC embodies a Board of Directors consisting of accomplished professionals in Finance, Engineering, Social Development, Healthcare, and Economics. With an acute awareness of the widening wealth gap and the dearth of opportunities for wealth generation in black and brown communities across the Caribbean, exacerbated by the profound impacts of COVID-19, UFCMC emerged to address the ruptures in the very fabric of Caribbean societies.

Our founders recognized that after months of struggle, nations found it challenging to sustain themselves, both in terms of food security and maintaining a robust economy. This contrasted starkly with countries employing focused strategic development, innovative product development, and vertical integration of production plans.

UFCMC, along with its affiliate partners, takes pride in presenting a business model that transcends rhetoric; we are placing the reins of industry and finance back into the hands of our members. No longer should the Caribbean communities be beholden to failed financial literacy initiatives or dependent on government grants. UFCMC seeks to break this cycle by providing a platform that empowers individuals, fostering financial success, and creating generational wealth.

TEMCO Ltd is a privately held investment company whose shareholders are leaders in various industries across Trinidad and Tobago. Its primary objective is to enhance Membership shareholders value by investing in high-growth and undervalued companies and development projects, as well as through mergers and acquisitions. TEMCO serves as the Trinidad and Tobago counterpart to the Caribbean development plan.
 

TEMCO’s current focus revolves around establishing an integrated group of financial services entities to cater to specific commercial and retail markets across Trinidad and Tobago, with the capability to conduct business throughout the Caribbean and access global capital markets.
